we started by buying a Mini Designer, but it only had a 1.0 engine, which we decided wasn't really good enought for the trip, loaded down with equiptment, so we found a rover metro on ebay for £100, which we bought as it had a 1.3 engine that would fit the car perfectly and have a bit more poke for the job in hand, this is the poor car that gave up its engine!
